Advantages:

1. The whole body is welded with steel plate and casting steel, the spindle, bearing position of pressing mud plate is one time mechanical processing in whole, stable performance and high concentricity of spindle, running steadily without building foundation;

2. Clay brick making machine's pressing mud plate and mud cylinder is set up in separated, good concentricity, and long working life as mud is not easy dropping into bearing;

3. Double safety device of mud pressing plate, production will be be effected if the screw get broken or drop into mud cylinder;

4. Spindle and mud pressing plate dip in lubricating oil during running the machine, it's not easy to be wore;

5. Spindle is adopting floating structure, and connect with hexagon screw, self-centering and easy to change corkscrew spin.

Maintenance:

Clay vacuum brick making machine's operator is requested to well know the machine's structure, components' name, specification ,function. and the part marked with "lubrication" needs to keep clean and not allowed to use untreated waste oil. During in running, the temperature is not allowed to exceed 60°C, and to check and make sure all bolts are tight without abnormal sound, feed materials and water is homogenizing, barrel is no leakage, current and voltage of motor is normal, safety cover of transmission part is good. To keep clean environment of machine, excepting for running parts, all other parts need to clean up at any time.

Because the bad factors(such as dust) during running clay vacuum brick making machine,  it will be more serious wore, so we need to do regular maintenance.. All lubricating parts need to follow universal machine lubrication requirements, Vibration box lubricating level shall not higher than lower end surface of eccentric shaft rotary, lubricating grease filling point to be added butter one time for each shift. It's requested to change oil seal instead of running with problems if occurs oil leakage at cylinder, valve blocks, valves and oil pipe. Operator needs to look, listen and touch pump, motor, in case of any abnormal, please switch off the machine to solve the problem.
