Maintenance:

Clay vacuum brick making machine's operator is requested to well know the machine's structure, components' name, specification ,function. and the part marked with "lubrication" needs to keep clean and not allowed to use untreated waste oil. During in running, the temperature is not allowed to exceed 60 ℃, and to check and make sure all bolts are tight without abnormal sound, feed materials and water is homogenizing, barrel is no leakage, current and voltage of motor is normal, safety cover of transmission part is good. To keep clean environment of machine, excepting for running parts, all other parts need to clean up at any time.

 Because the bad factors(such as dust) during running clay vacuum brick making machine,  it will be more serious wore, so we need to do regular maintenance.. All lubricating parts need to follow universal machine lubrication requirements, Vibration box lubricating level shall not higher than lower end surface of eccentric shaft rotary, lubricating grease filling point to be added butter one time for each shift. It's requested to change oil seal instead of running with problems if occurs oil leakage at cylinder, valve blocks, valves and oil pipe. Operator needs to look, listen and touch pump, motor, in case of any abnormal, please switch off the machine to solve the problem.
