Description: 

Fly ash vacuum brick making machine is developed based on the advanced technology of the world, which is using fly ash, coal gangue, shale, clay and pearlstone to produce into bricks by the process of pulverizing, mixing, extrusion molding and firing by tunnel kiln or annular kiln. 

Features: 

1. Fly ash vacuum extruder consists of two-stage mixing extrusion(up stage) and extrusion molding(lower stage), and equipped with air compressed system and vacuum-pumping system. Pneumatic clutch adopts telecontrol. The upper and lower stages is available to install in the shape of "1" or "T". 

2. The machine body is made of steel plates with the advantages of rational structure, high pressure extrusion, high vacuum degree, sturdy and durability, strong applicability, lower energy consumption, high efficiency and easy maintenance. 

3. The blades of reamer is adopts wear-resistant materials which the working life is 4 to 7 times of normal reamer; pitch of screw is arrayed in scientifically with "micro-pressure transport, high-pressure extrusion" features, and increasing extrusion pressure and improving production efficiency; also the shaking or rocking of machine caused the bending of spindle after long time running will be avoided or reduced by adopting floating shaft structure, which makes energy being saved 15-30%.

4. The shafts and gears are made from high quality carbon steel and alloy steel with quenching or hardening process, which is extending the working life of equipment. 

5. There is a pressure gage in the central of machine head, which is used to monitor products quality and quantity. Raw materials is processing by two-stage extrusion and humidifying to improve the degree of maturation and extrusion pressure, and achieve high yield.

6. Both of dial fender drive and material level control are equipped with a safety device, which is avoiding to damage components, and improving maintenance efficiency.
